All orders placed before 2pm (AEST/AEDT) are sent the same day. Orders placed after 2pm and weekends and public holidays are sent the following business day.

Unfortunately, we do not offer same day delivery or Saturday delivery.

Unfortunately, we only ship within Australia.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping quotes will be generated once you add your shipping address in the checkout. The shipping price varies according to product weight.
Free shipping over $99 to most destinations within Australia.
How long will it take to receive my parcel?
Approximate delivery times are now shown during the checkout process.
All delivery times are a rough estimate and are listed as business days, weekends and public holidays will affect delivery times as couriers do not work on these days. We cannot guarantee any delivery times as this is outside of our control. If you live in a regional, rural, or remote area allow extra time for deliveries.
Delivery times do not include PO Boxes or parcel lockers as Auspost is generally slower than our courier alternatives.
Is your packaging discreet?
We treat your products with care. To ensure that the products you receive will be intact, all packages are discreet in plain packaging and with a return address that does not include our company’s name.
There is no mention of the parcel contents.
Orders are sent in either a courier satchel, box or wrapped in black pallet wrapping. All with some form of fragile marking, either tape or stickers.
Will I need to sign for my parcel?
All orders that are in our courier network are sent with signature on delivery.
If you give ‘Authority to Leave’ this may include any instructions for the parcel to be left anywhere on your property, you then become solely responsible for the parcel once it has left the courier. Beefy’s Vaporizers will not be held accountable for the outcome of any such instances.
If you have the option of paying for a signature and you opt not to, your order will always be sent without the need for a signature on delivery. Selecting signature required in the address portion of the order does not override the shipping option selected.
Will I receive a tracking number once my parcel has been dispatched?
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you by the courier company, please check your junk/spam folder if you have not received a tracking number by late evening.
Please do not email us asking us for tracking numbers until 24 hours has passed, it can sometimes take a while for the courier company to populate the tracking numbers by email.
All orders will have a tracking number.
Why haven’t I received my tracking details?
There are only two reasons stopping you from receiving your tracking details.
The email address supplied on the order is incorrect or there is a spelling mistake. (Please note we only send tracking details to the email address supplied on the order. We do not supply tracking details to any other email address.)
The tracking email has gone to your spam/junk folder. Please check these folders if you have not received tacking details.
Tracking is supplied directly from the courier companies and not from us and is an automated service.
Why hasn’t my Auspost tracking updated?
The tracking system of Auspost may sometimes fail to update. Don’t worry, orders are usually still delivered on time. However, if your order takes longer than the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
Can I change my shipping address if it is wrong?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address. Changes can be made before your order is dispatched. Unfortunately, we are unable to change the address for you if your order has been dispatched. In this case, please use Australia Post’s redirect option via their website.
Why haven’t I received my parcel?
Your order can be tracked with the tracking number provided via Australia Post’s website. If you missed out signing for the delivery, you may find that your order was redirected to the post office. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
Do you offer local pickup?
Unfortunately not at this stage, although will be introduced in the near future.

How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept Credit Card, Bank Deposit/Transfer and ZIP pay.
To use ZipPay you will need to create an account with ZipPay and be approved before using their service. You can find more information regarding ZipPay here.

I have placed an order; will I receive a confirmation email?
You will receive an order confirmation once the order has been placed. Please check your junk/spam folder as confirmations often end up there. If you are unable to find it, please contact us to confirm your order.
Please include your order number, name, email address and phone number used on your order, this information must be supplied.
Changes to your order maybe made before your order is dispatched, adequate time is required to modify the order and if has already been shipped no changes can be made.
Requesting changes to an order will delay the order and it will be shipped the next available business day.
*Please do not use social media to contact us regarding any problems, replies will be much slower, and we will then continue communication through email.
There is an item missing from my order, what do I do?
Please make sure you check absolutely every piece of packaging before contacting us. All of our orders are checked and signed off by two staff members before posting. Not saying it cannot happen, it is just extremely rare for us to miss any products in your order.

What is a vaporizer?
A vaporizer is a device that heats herbs to a certain temperature at which they release their active ingredients into steam. The toxic elements normally found in smoke are barely to be found in this vapour.

How does a vaporizer work?
The active ingredients of herbs start to boil and be released when herbs are heated to a particular temperature. There is almost no smoke generated as the herbs do not get burnt with the low temperature.
